The Rapid Application Development Forum both asks and answers the question “How do we go faster?” The following topics will be addressed:
• How can application developers and integrators ensure that the infrastructure is available to support their application in the fleet?
• How can application developers build reusable components with the existing application hosting infrastructure?
• After development, how can these applications be tested and evaluated to ensure they interoperate with the existing naval infrastructure?
These three questions are some of the most pressing in Rapid Application Development in the C4I domain.
