Janine is currently a Sr. Program Analyst working for GDIT, assigned to SPAWAR Systems Center CAO (Competency Aligned Organization) efforts supporting the Engineering Competencies.

Her personal interest in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) has led her to become a certified Green Belt with studies following in Black Belt.

Janine has 20+ years in mechanical design (Engineering) and illustration (Technical Publications Development and Customer Support) in the aerospace industry (Goodrich, Northrop Grumman, PTC, General Atomics) with increased responsibilities for creation and configuration management of engineering illustrations and parametric design models/drawings. She has also traveled the entire US as a software instructor for PTC.

Being a local to San Diego county, graduating from La Jolla High School, attending Cal Poly SLO, graduating from San Diego State University, member of Kappa Delta Sorority has kept Janine in her hometown for good reason, family, friends, colleagues, great weather and lots of fun.

Her interest in helping to mentor the youth of our country has led her to personally sponsor a youth-in-need for the opportunity to attend college. (Pass it on, there are lot’s of very smart kids that could use some financial assistance/emotional support/friendship for college.)
