Jim Loiselle is a Senior Executive for the Space and Communications Systems Group within Accenture National Security Services (ANSS). Jim joined Accenture in December, 2007 with the acquisition of Maxim Systems, Inc. by ANSS. He was VP, Space and Communications Systems Group for Maxim Systems and continues to serve ANSS as a Senior Executive in a similar capacity.

Jim has a long and distinguished career as a Captain in the U.S. Navy, Vice President at Maxim Systems, and now as a Senior Executive at Accenture. In his last military assignment, he was the Program Manager for Navy Communication Satellites. In this assignment, he oversaw two multibillion dollar communication satellite programs for the Department of Defense. At Maxim Systems, Jim was responsible for winning a five year, $88M contract for engineering support services to the Navy’s Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) communication satellite program.

Over the past several years, Jim has been very active within the AFCEA organization. Jim currently serves as the President for the San Diego Chapter of AFCEA. In addition, he has served as the Executive Vice President, Secretary, and the Programs lead for the annual San Diego Chapter C4ISR Symposium, and as session chairs for different sessions during the annual symposiums.

Jim is a distinguished graduate of the United States Navy Academy, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the United States Navy Test Pilot School. Jim has a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from these institutions. In addition, he has a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
