Jennifer Minyard joined DRT Strategies, an 8(a), Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) in May 2008. As a certified Project Management Professional, Jennifer is currently serving as the West Coast DOD Navy and Marine Corps. Business Development Manager. Most recently, Jennifer served as the budget chairperson for the C4ISR committee.

Jennifer’s career in the defense industry began in San Diego, CA as Business Consultant for the Naval Education and Training Command at the Navy Learning Network. Her experience includes Contracts Administration for CSC and Management and Technology Consulting for BearingPoint, where she led a team providing financial and business process improvement services to the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women in Washington D.C.

She holds a Master’s of Business Administration, specializing in Business Strategy, from University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance and Marketing from Arizona State University.
