Dave Grundies is the Director of Naval Programs for CACI’s Technology Integration & Process Solution Division in San Diego. In this position, he oversees CACI’s branding and positioning on San Diego’s Navy & Marine Waterfront. Prior to his tenure at CACI, he spent 3 ½ years at CSC as the Director of Strategic Plans, and 7 years at Harris Corporation as their Senior Manager of Business Development.

These followed a twenty-six year Navy career where he piloted aircraft on and off of Aircraft Carriers and Naval Air Stations around the world. He was the Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff) for SPAWAR Headquarters during their move to San Diego from Crystal City, VA.

An AFCEA Member since 1998, he has been the Executive Vice President and President for the Award Winning San Diego Chapter. He currently holds the position as Regional Vice President for the Southwest Region, responsible for 5 Chapters; San Diego, Pendleton, Southern Arizona, Tucson and Valley of the Sun. He is a San Diego Holiday Bowl Life Member, and the President for the Navy League, San Diego Council..

Dave holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University, and an M.S. from George Washington University.

He is married to Diane Schneider, MD.
