The San Diego County Buck Bragunier Leadership Scholarship has been established to honor Buck's memory and unique contributions to the San Diego Chapter of AFCEA. Buck devoted over 20 years to AFCEA and the San Diego military community. One Scholarship of $2,000 will be awarded annually to one competitively selected and deserving undergraduate student attending an accredited four-year college or university anywhere in the United States. Candidates must be residents of San Diego County, majoring in science, math or engineering curriculums. PLEASE NOTE: Distance Learning or On-Line programs are not eligible.
