Outreach Program

The Education Outreach Program’s primary purpose is to promote science and engineering careers for students in San Diego County. AFCEA arranges for speakers for school career development programs, coordinates the participation of chapter representatives in San Diego County career development events, and is responsible for liaison with other organizations and companies who wish to assist science and math education in San Diego County. Speakers are also available to help elementary school students explore the fascinating world of science and technology. This program also helps publicize other AFCEA San Diego Chapter Educational Committee programs and events to San Diego County schools.
